1. Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Product Condition: To be eligible for return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Original Receipt: Please include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation with your return.
2. Special Requirements for Free Gifts
If your order included the gifts or promotional item (as all our orders do), both the original product and the gifts must be returned together to qualify for a refund. If the gift is not returned, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
3. Shipping Cost Responsibility
Return shipping costs are handled differently depending on the situation:

Quality Issues: If the product has quality problems or defects, we cover 100% of return shipping costs.

Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal preference, color discrepancy, or other non-quality reasons, we cover 50% of the return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at info@cjournal.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the products (including the gift) securely in the original packaging.

Include your order confirmation or receipt.

Ship the package to our return address (we will provide this with your RMA number).
5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

Products without their original packaging or tags

Sealed products where the seal has been broken
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
